Very happy with all aspects of the hotel. We have stayed here before and we will again. I had a special request for a walk in shower and that was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was the right temperature for a morning swim. Great Breakfast! I loved the main floor location with an outside door and will ask for that in our next booking.

Nice being beside Tim Hortons and Boston Pizza. You can easily walk to both within minutes. I appreciated that the door had a deadbolt but also a swinging latch locker at the top of the door. My two hear old toddler can undo deadbolts but luckily can't reach the swinging lock at the top. Beds were comfy with good pillows! Room also had a functional thermostat which was great.

Staff were happy to accommodate us as one of our party was disabled. I believe they may have upgraded us to a more accessible room & allowed us a later checkout as we had a surgery at the local hospital the next day. Much appreciated!

I was really impressed with the breakfast, there was lots of variety and something for everyone. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Just wish there was more coffee in the room. Our only complaint was the TV remote not working properly, but when I mentioned it the next morning, they said it was most likely due to the dongle being pushed back and that they would look into moving it forward again.

Loved the breakfast. Love the waffle maker. The pool, hot tub and slide were lovely. My two year old son had a blast and he didn't want to leave! The property was very clean and easy to navigate. Would stay again!

the three beds in the room was a cool option ! AC wasn’t working in our original room but the staff moved us to a new room and were so accommodating! we booked solely for the purpose of swimming but on arrival the pool was down for maintenance-the front desk staff gave us the option to cancel our room if we wanted and even offered to reimburse us should we have decided to attend public swim at the local pool -seriously so friendly and accommodating! ***** star service all around -will definitely be back
